By booking a car with Rental Car Goa, you agree to comply with and be bound by our terms and conditions. These terms protect both the user and the agency.
A booking is only confirmed once the advance reservation token has been paid and your documents have been successfully validated by our team.
If you wish to extend your rental duration, please notify us at least 12 hours in advance. Extension is subject to vehicle availability and approval.
In case of minor scratches or body damage, repair costs will be deducted from the security deposit. In case of major accidents, the user will be responsible for insurance claim processing fees and downtime charges.
Any traffic challans, parking tickets, or towing charges incurred during the rental period are the sole responsibility of the renter and must be cleared by the driver.
